A Sweet Rainy Day Affair: A Wedding Dessert Table to Remember

This years wedding season (for me) kicked off last month and I've finally gotten around to recapping the beautiful affair. The rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of this beautiful wedding day in Old Ellicott City. The Main Street Ballroom was transformed into a magical wonderland with greenery and candles. Though I know I'm a bit bias, the dessert table was a sight to behold with delicate French macarons, chocolate mousse cups, donuts, cannolis and more. The accents of gold along with white flowers added a touch of elegance to the table that was simply irresistible.

My couple Megan and Andrew found me through another client and I truly can not tell you have wonderful it is to receive business from referrals. I love working with people who have seen my work in person for themselves or are referred to me through someone I've worked with. I believe it's a testament to the quality of your work and the relationships you’ve built with your clients. And those relationships are the most important thing. It validates further the idea of working with people who are like-minded and align with your values. It’s always rewarding to know that your clients are happy with your services and are willing to recommend you to others. It's one of my favorite parts of the job.

I absolutely love every image that SOBED Creative captured that evening. I think it's pretty obvious they have an eye for details and skills in the lighting department. Again, what a treat to work alongside such amazing talent in the industry.

I truly loved this wedding and it feels good to start the season off so strong. I can't wait to see how 2023 unfolds. I have gigs booked from now until Fall. Everything from weddings, to bridal showers, birthdays and mitzvahs. I have a feeling 2023 is going to be a good year! Make sure you tag along so you don't miss any of the action!

xoxo

P.S. If you want to learn more about some of my favorite items I use on a regular basis for my designs here are few specific examples from this wedding. (I don't always share these because it feels a little salesy but I know some folks are just genuinely interested in where I purchase my things). Of course if you have any questions you know where to find me! ☺️
